Vendor Registration
By registering as a vendor on Havn Stays, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our platform and the services we provide to facilitate bookings between you and guests.
To register as a vendor, you must:
You are responsible for ensuring all property information, including descriptions, photos, amenities, and pricing, is accurate and up-to-date. Misleading or false information may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Vendors must honor all confirmed bookings unless cancellation is permitted under our cancellation policy. You agree to maintain property availability as reflected on the platform and respond to booking requests within 24 hours.
Havn Stays will collect payments from guests on your behalf. Vendor payouts will be processed within 7 business days after guest check-in. A platform commission of 15% will be deducted from each booking.
Properties must meet minimum safety and hygiene standards including working smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, first aid kits, clean linens, and functioning utilities. Regular inspections may be conducted.
Vendors may set their own cancellation policies (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict). Host-initiated cancellations may result in penalties including reduced search ranking and potential account suspension.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Havn Stays reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure servers, and access controls to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for 5 years thereafter for legal and business purposes. You may request deletion of your data subject to legal retention requirements.
