Extremely disappointed with the service. We had booked a hotel in Rajarhat and even paid an advance amount as per the company policy. But on the day of check-in, the hotel owner informed us that the property has actually been closed for a month and there is no availability at all. What is even more shocking is that customer support said they were “unaware” of this situation. How is it possible for a booking platform to not know that a listed hotel has been closed for an entire month? This clearly shows poor coordination and lack of responsibility towards customers. Not only did this ruin our plans at the last moment, but there is also no proper refund support despite the mistake being completely from their side. Instead of taking proper responsibility, they simply provided a coupon code, which honestly makes no sense after such a horrible experience. After facing this kind of inconvenience and unprofessional service, I am definitely not going to book from this platform again.
